In summer of 2021 CEH joined Sign Fracture Care. Their vision statement is “To create equality of fracture care throughout the world.” “SIGN is a humanitarian organization that builds sustainable orthopedic capacity in developing countries by providing relevant education to surgeons, then manufacturing and donating the instruments and implants needed to treat fractures.” They work in 57 countries, 405 hospitals and over 400,000 patients have been healed. CEH is one of 2 hospitals in Guinea that works with SIGN Fracture Care.
