CEH Clinic operations began in November 2007. Presently the clinic sees 40-60 outpatients per day for a variety of acute and chronic medical, pediatric, OB/GYN, surgical, psychiatric, dental, and ophthalmologic diseases. One of the African staff begins the clinic day by sharing truth from the Bible with those patients and care givers gathered on the veranda waiting area. There is no coercion. Unlike western culture, Africans love to hear new ideas; so they gather round for the daily preaching. Hundreds each week ask for prayer. Some meet with staff to ask questions about Jesus. Over 200 have made public professions of faith in Christ.
